Q: I downloaded some flash cards from studystack.com and the file(s) will not open on my PDA?
A: If you have this problem simply open the file using the desktop version of FlashCard 101 and re-save the file. Just do a "Save As" to re-save it.

Q: Having trouble installing the PDA version of your application. It keeps saying I need a .NET Compact Framework installed first.
A: You can download the framework from here. dotNet Compact Framework. Download the files then put the .cab file that you downloaded on your PDA and execute it via your PDA. This will install those files.

Q: I tried to run your software and I got an error that said I need to have Microsoft eMbedded Visual Basic Runtime to be install. What do I do?
A: If you have Pocket PC version 4.20.1081 and above You need to Download the files from here or microsoft.. Then put the .cab file that you downloaded on your PDA and execute it via your PDA. This will install those files.

Q: I installed your application on my PDA and now when I try to execute the application I get the message There is no application associated with... don't know what I'm doing wrong.
A: I have notice that some application when uninstalled remove some important components that other applications rely on to work properly. This is a link to an application you will need to install on your PDA to fix this problem. It is called VBRegFix. After you install this application run it then re-install your new application.

Q: I tried to install your program and I get the error message: Cannot Install: SETUP or INSTALL program filename contains folder information. Use Actions/CheckOut instead.
A: You could be trying to install the application from with in WinZip. You will need to first uncompress the application first to your hard drive then run the SetUp.exe file to install.

Q: I downloaded your software and double clicked on the .EXE file and it worked but it is not on my PDA???
A: If you downloaded the file and it was an .EXE file to begin with that is a compressed file that uncompressed the file to your C: drive. I suggest looking under your C: drive forthe software.

Q: Were does the .EXE file uncompress the files to???
A: When you uncompress the new software by default it will create a new folder on your C: drive unless you specify other wise.

Q: Will you send me the update as soon as you create a new version?
A: I will send you the updates ifyou email me. You must state the Name email address you ordered the software. Also include what type of PDA you are using.

Q: How do I register? I just bought the application from (Handango.com or PocketGear.com).
A: If you purchased the application online then you do not have to register the software. Only ifyou have the demo and you want a full version would you need to register.

Q: I get a (String value) error when I open Password Juggler.
A: You may need to upgrade your ROM from ROM Revision: 2.07.00 ENG to ROM Revision: 2.14.00 ENG. There is a bug with the upgrade of 2002 OS.

Q: Everytime I put a ' in as a category, password or user name I get an error. I am using the Password Juggler 2002 Version 1.2.1.
A: Please upgrade your Password Juggler 2002 to version 1.2.2 or higher.

Q: When I install Password Juggler Desktop I get some .dll error that say I have something newer that the one I am installing..
A: This is normal. If you have an application that uses the same .dll files that the Password Juggler uses you may get these errors. Just remember you never want to over ride a newer file with an older one. So in those cases you can just choose ignore and move on.

Q: When I try to install Password Juggler Desktop I get an error that says I have older .dll files and I need to restart my computer. When I do I try again and get the same error.
A: Find the SETUP.LST file that is in the same folder as the SETUP.EXE that you use to install password juggler. Open that file using Note Pad or Text Pad. Then look for:

Q: I get a 6 over flow error when I try to transfer my database on Password Juggler.
A: Your PDA is not connected or your might have a firewall problem. Make sure that the file PJ2002.cdb is on your PDA. You must have run the password juggler first in order to create that file.
